“It’s an honor to be part of an organization that has long championed beauty with purpose — through education, empowerment and humanitarian work,” Reluao said during the ceremony.

Reluao was joined at the signing by Miss Universe Philippines President Jonas Gaffud and Executive Vice President Voltaire Tayag.

Set for April 30, the charity gala will bring together international and local titleholders and benefit two key initiatives: Caritas Manila, one of the country’s largest social service organizations, and Hope for Change, a program aimed at funding scholarships for underprivileged students.

“Miss Universe has a proud legacy of creating real impact — sending elementary, high school, and college students to school — and we are proud to continue that mission,” Reluao said.

“This mission aligns deeply with my commitment to informing, inspiring, and uplifting communities,” he added.

His signature project, “Pay IT Forward: A Digital Transformation Advocacy,” focuses on bringing internet access, digital tools, and training to geographically isolated and disadvantaged schools across the country.

Recently, Reluao and RepublicAsia partnered with the Department of Education, Department of Information and Communication Technology, Department of Budget and Management, iACADEMY, GMA Kapuso Foundation, and Sparkle GMA Artist Center to expand the Pay IT Forward initiative to Marawi City in Mindanao — a community still rebuilding from conflict.

“Digital transformation should not be a privilege but a right accessible to all,” Reluao said at the launch event. “By providing tools and training to underserved schools, we are creating pathways for hope, opportunity, and empowerment.”
